I can’t get enough strawberries when they are in season. For me it’s easy to think of ways to use strawberries for dessert. But what about as an appetizer or with the main course? This is a fruit salsa that could be made with most any fruit, but strawberries give it a fresh, summer flavor. It can be served with chips, or it is great with grilled white fish or chicken.
