University of Illinois Extension, in cooperation with the Illinois Stewardship Alliance and the Illinois Farmers Market Association will be offering a webinar “Getting Started with Cottage Food: New Law, New Foods, New Businesses” on February 18, 2019, from noon to 1 p.m. Join Molly Gleason from the Illinois Stewardship Alliance as she discusses the ins and outs of the new Illinois cottage food regulations for the 2019 farmers’ market season. If you are a new businesses, Gleason will talk about everything you need to know about getting started in the cottage food industry.
