The purpose of the Illinois Specialty Growers Association (ISGA) is the promotion and development of the Illinois specialty crop industry. The Market Manager Certificate Program is a voluntary program designed to encourage farmers market managers to pursue leadership skills and professional development in topics essential to market management. Market managers are supplied with a certificate upon completion of the full program which offers acknowledgment that the market manager is a trained professional.


LINK Up Illinois and Experimental Station SNAP Grant & EBT Program

The Illinois Farmers Market Association (ILFMA) helps to promote LINK Up Illinois to Illinois farmers markets and other direct producer-to-consumer venues through email communications, conference calls, and webinars. ILFMA provide important opportunities for SNAP workshops, assistance in identifying potential markets for LINK acceptance, and advocacy for the program at the state and national level.
